Premium Care and Support Services (PCSS) is a Nursing, Support and Care-based agency in Australia that offers best-quality home and community care services to people with a physical, mental or intellectual disability and other cognitive support needs in a person-centered approach.

What We Offer
Our services
We know it can be difficult at times managing to stay in your own home without assistance. PCSS is designed to help you maintain your independent and remain comfortable. Premium care and support services offer a range of services that can broadly be categorized into assisting with household tasks and support, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), home care assistance, respite care, community support services, and home nursing.
HOME NURSING SERVICES
HOME CARE ASSISTANCE
Having medical treatment does not mean having to give up the comfort of your own home. Premium care and support services provide on-demand nursing services to extend your independence.
RESPITE CARE
Respite care involves offering help to clients and carer when they need a break for a few hours, a day, night or few weeks. The available respite services include in-home respite and in-day respite center.
For those living with a disability or caring full-time for someone with a disability, and mental illness managing household chores and day-to-day activities can be challenging without some extra help.
COMMUNITY SUPPORT SERVICES
We all like to be given the opportunity to participate in our community and enjoy the freedom to contribute to daily life and socialising. We believe that every individual makes a unique and valuable.
GROUP ACTIVITIES

CAPACITY BUILDING
It is a priority of Premium Care Support Services to help all of our participants to develop the skills necessary to increase their ability to maintain independence, participate in the community and understand and making decisions around their NDIS plan.
