ASSIST WITH PERSONAL ACTIVITIES
Our experienced team are here to assist or supervise you with your routine activities of daily living, such as attending to hygiene needs, use of the restroom, getting dressed or any other tasks you need help with.
HOUSEHOLD TASKS
We know that for those living with a disability, managing household chores and day-to-day activities can be a challenge. We are here to help you around the home, whether that be cleaning, gardening, ironing, meal preparation and anything else you may need.
DAILY TASKS & SHARED LIVING
We know how important it is to you to live as independently as possible, and our Supported Independent Living Service is here to help you do just that. We can assist you with your routine daily tasks, develop new skills and access community and recreational activities.
COMMUNITY NURSING CARE
With Premium Care's Nursing service, you no longer need to go to hospital or a clinic to receive excellent and professional health care. Our team of highly trained and experienced Registered Nurses are available to attend to you in the comfort of your own home.
HIGH INTENSITY PERSONAL DAILY ACTIVITIES
We have a team of highly trained staff who are able to help you with your regular day-to-day activities. We are experienced in helping people with a variety of needs, especially those with complex needs.

Premium Care's Innovative Community Participation service is designed to help our participants try new recreational activities, discover hidden talents and passions and build confidence.
ASSISTANCE WITH TRAVEL & TRANSPORT
Premium Care Services recognise that not everyone has access to adequate transport, and getting around is essential to living an ordinary life. We will help you arrive to your destination safely and on time.
ACCOMMODATION AND TENANCY
We are able to help you develop new skills regarding maintaining or gaining appropriate accommodation. We are here to help guide, prompt or undertake activates to ensure that you are able to undertake tenancy obligations.
LIFE STAGE TRANSITION
We aim to strengthen your abilities to make decisions around your own life, whether that be in coordinating your funding, participating in education or employment or accessing community services.
DEVELOPMENT OF LIFE SKILLS
We focus on the training and developmental activities for both the participants and their families that aim to help the participant to live as autonomously as possible. Our goal focused training means that you will receive specific and individualised support.
